Grimms Folktales: Complete Edition
The Brothers Grimm are undoubtedly the most significant force in the preservation of the storytelling tradition. This edition is truly complete. Included are both volumes of tales originally published by the Brothers Grimm, the tales omitted from the final editions, and the additional ten tales published as The Children’s Legends, or Kinder-legende. In total, this complete edition includes 255 of the most significant folktales ever recorded.

Russian Folktales
Russian Folktales are a unique breed with stylisms and language all their own. The stylisms of Russian writing are not its flaws, but the substance of its charm. Without transition or development, climactic or sudden tragedy can strike at any moment and within any circumstances. The reader will often find themselves having to reread a passage, certain that they overlooked some critical context, only to find that the abruptness of the death, decapitation, or ascension to Heaven was abrupt by design. Wisdom of the Norse: Snorra Edda
Much of what is known of the people now called Vikings exist from a compilation of writings by the great Icelandic scholar and poet Snorri Sturluson in the early 13th century. These include poems as well as tales of Norse gods, heroes, battles, and ancestral traditions. The second part, the Gylfaginning, is arguably the most important, as it deals almost exclusively with those riveting tales of Norse cosmology; the gods, the Heavens, Creation, and ultimately the destruction and rebirth of all existence.
